Responsibilities & Duties:
Design and deliver a communication plan that supports the business in achieving its strategic objectives
Planning of digital marketing campaigns, including Social media, web and SEO.
Social media planning, execution, tracking and metrics
Create and develop effective communication materials, reports and documentation (Internal newsletters, articles, digital media content, etc.)
Conducting research and interviews to create blogs on various industry related topics
Ensure that communication materials and documentation are of high standard
Maintain and update internal communications
Full event management life cycle, from conception through to delivery, monitoring and improvement.
Result orientated with a Positive/can-do attitude
Take ownership and responsibility

Skills & Requirements:
Degree in Communication and marketing or related disciplines.
Experience and solid working understanding of Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, WordPress and Google Analytics
Social media experience in a B2B context.
Experience in Content writing for digital media
Ability to articulate ideas, concepts and offers
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience of multimedia creation for communication platforms with a strong desire to explore new engaging methods of communication and evaluating their effectiveness.
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines and to work flexibly
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent written English skills (copywriting, proof reading)
Ability to work autonomously
Pro-efficient with the Microsoft Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint,…)
Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation
Desirable but not essential:
Knowledge of Adobe creative suite – incl. Photoshop, lnDesign & Premiere Pro
