Axians designs, builds and manages ICT solutions for some of the most demanding customers in the world. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a 2nd line NOC Engineer to join our Network Operations Centre, working predominantly on Juniper hardware.
You will join a well-established and highly experienced team of Network Engineers, who act upon operational issues within a Technical Support environment and progress incidents directly raised by Axians’ customer base; they provide fault diagnosis and troubleshooting with escalation to vendors.
As a key member of the Network Operations team, you will proactively engage with customers, provide excellent customer and team support and be technically capable of learning and progressing incidents and problems.
You will be working a 24x7 roster working a 4 on, 4 off pattern that includes evenings, nights and weekends; a generous shift allowance would be payable.

You should have at least 12 months experienceworking as a NOC Engineer with good technical skills, an understanding of NOC environments, and ITIL disciplines such as Incident, Problem and Change Management.
A JNCIA / CCNA or other relevant professional networking qualification is required.
Previous experience of working in a 24x7 shift environment is ideal.
